Months Before American Bipolar serves as a prelude to a different upcoming project. At the time of this EP's release, the main project is currently in its infancy stages. This EP chooses to stick to the more familiar sounds that the Sybyr project has been releasing since late 2017 to 2020. Production is exclusively handled by long-time collaborater Landfill.

This EP is released under the "Syringe" moniker with an extra "S", short for "Sir", although going through with it as "Sir Syringe" would be yet just a newer name & causing further alienation, whether intentful or otherwise.

Instead of attempting to come up with random topics, this talks about the everyday issues & tribulations that the artist is faced with regularly. Tracks like "Back" & "Deck of Cards" give a rap-flavored mesh, with attention to sticking with the topic at hand. "Another Challenge" showcases a different production style from Landfill, as it breads another challenge as the track title suggests.
